Core capabilities
Positioning, alarms and health, plus sleep, calling and geofence. Each function is configured independently, and all of them are issued and managed through the Xiaowei IoT App.
3 numbers · Two rounds
When triggered, it dials the 3 preset numbers in turn and stops once a call is answered. If no one answers, it keeps dialing until two rounds are finished, and pushes an alarm to the App at the same time. The wearer only needs to press one button.
GPS + WiFi + LBS + AGPS
Satellites outdoors, WiFi and cell towers indoors, covering all kinds of environments. In areas with no signal, the position is uploaded later (blind-spot backfill), and trails can be replayed.
Radius 100–2000 m
The radius can be set as needed, and exit / entry / both can be configured as triggers. It is the most direct line of defense against wandering: the moment the wearer leaves the fence, the App receives an alarm.

Measurement commands can be sent remotely, and the upload frequency is configurable (minimum interval 300 seconds). Monitoring happens on demand, without blind high-frequency sampling. Data is for daily reference only.
4 sleep stages
Outputs deep / light / awake / REM durations, turn-over counts and apnea risk, and records daily steps. Whole-night and all-day data can be replayed.
Voice · Video
The wristband and the App support two-way voice and video calls. Voice messages (up to 15 seconds) and text can be sent, and loud voice playback makes sure the wearer can hear.

Why choose it
IP67 waterproof, no screen, wristband and lanyard in one. It first solves whether the wearer is willing to wear it, so its features have a chance to be used.
Four-way positioning plus a geofence: the moment the wearer leaves the fence, the App receives an alarm, so there is no need to wait for a missing-person report.
One-press SOS dials 3 numbers for two rounds and stops once answered. Loud playback plus two-way calling is far more reliable than sending a single notification.

New launch
The companion wristband is a new Xiaowei product launched in 2026 and is now shipping through retail channels. We are looking for elderly care facilities, home care service providers and community elderly care operators to run the first pilot deployments with us. You can start with a small number of units, and we will set up the devices, platform and operations back end together.

The wristband's barriers to use are mainly at the communication and data level. We suggest confirming the points below at the selection stage.
The wristband connects over 4G and needs a 2G or 4G SIM card from China Mobile / China Unicom / China Telecom with a data plan. The card's APN must be written into the device software.
GPS is the main source outdoors, and indoors it relies on WiFi and cell-tower assistance. Accuracy drops in underground spaces and dense buildings.
Heart rate, blood oxygen, temperature and blood pressure are daily health reference values. They cannot replace medical devices or professional diagnosis.
It has a built-in lithium-ion battery. Replacement and repair must be handled by a distributor or authorized service provider. Do not disassemble it yourself.
The device has no screen. Information is delivered by voice announcement and viewed in the App, so interaction is mainly by voice.
The shorter the upload interval for location and health data, the higher the power consumption. Actual battery life must be assessed against the configuration used, so set the frequency to fit care needs.
