Challenges

Park operations: do these sound familiar?

More subsystems every year, a more crowded control room, and data that still does not add up.

  • Every system stands alone

    Every system stands alone

Security, access control, energy and parking each have their own backend, and the data does not connect.

  • Unclear device register

    Unclear device register

Lights, meters and access points are installed everywhere, but no one can say what is broken or who owns it.

  • Energy cannot be traced to tenants

Energy cannot be traced to tenants

Common-area and tenant usage are mixed together, so cost sharing is estimated.

  • Slow incident response

    Slow incident response

Alarms are spread across several control rooms, and cross-system coordination mostly means phone calls.

Key features

One platform for the whole park

Device status, energy and security events share one register, so handling and performance reviews rest on records.

Industries

Who uses it

Operators who want better park governance and tenant services.

  • 01 Industrial park operators
  • 02 Science cities and new tech towns
  • 03 Commercial and industrial parks
  • 04 Campus-style parks

What’s delivered

What the solution delivers

Existing subsystems connect first, then devices are added as needed. Deliverables are split into phase one and phase two.

  1. 01

    Subsystem integration and gateway deployment

Security, access control, energy and parking connect through gateways and interfaces, with no rip-and-replace. Once delivered, all park devices sit in one register.

  2. 02

    Park platform and organization permissions

Organizations are set up by park, building and tenant, with separate accounts for operators and property managers. Private deployment is supported. Once delivered, a group can build and manage multiple parks in one place.

  3. 03

    Metering rules and data outputs

Common areas and tenants are metered separately, and the cost-sharing rule is written into the configuration. The park display and the property app pull the same data. Once delivered, monthly allocation follows a fixed rule, not estimates.

  4. 04

    Implementation, training and O&M

Includes device coding rules, work order workflow and O&M handover. Once delivered, security, energy and service modules can be added phase by phase.

The full solution

One platform for the whole park, with data that agrees

Phase one unifies devices and energy, phase two adds security and services. Modules stack as needed.

  • No rip-and-replace Existing subsystems connect through gateways and interfaces, so earlier investment keeps working.
  • Every device has an owner Location and owner on one screen, so no one has to guess what is broken.
  • Allocation with a rule Common areas and tenants are calculated separately, and monthly allocation is no longer estimated.

Hardware

Hardware used in this scenario

Mostly existing subsystems connected in, with devices added by location for new builds or retrofits.

Advantages

Why this solution

One network, one view

No more subsystem silos. Devices, energy, security and services are not built as separate stacks.

Repeatable group control

Helps group clients set one standard, with unified build-out, management and data flow across multiple parks.

Phased rollout

Start with energy or security, then add access control and services. Standard modules stack as needed.

Proven in large parks

Hengqin Science City (park plus indoor coverage) and Zhengling Xiangzhou High-tech Park offer large-scale references.
