What the solution delivers
Four deliverables, from sensor locations to user accounts, and the system is live. After go-live, the duty desk handles alarms by the configured workflow.

Sensors and site deployment
Wireless smoke detectors and electrical fire monitors, plus fire water and combustible gas sensors, are placed by venue type and connected. Existing fire alarm panels join through a gateway without rewiring. Once delivered, every sensor location is visible, searchable and filterable on the platform.

Platform and account structure
Standard SaaS works out of the box, or the platform can be deployed in your own server room. Organizations and roles are set up by district, sub-district and site. Once delivered, each duty officer sees only the sensors in their own area.

Mobile apps and duty desk
Duty app, WeChat Mini Program and duty-desk display stay in sync. Once delivered, alarms pop up on phones, show on the map, and every response is recorded.

Integration, training and O&M
Open APIs connect to government supervision platforms and your existing systems. Includes administrator training and O&M handover. Once delivered, your own technicians can add sensors and change rules.

An alarm travels one chain from sensor to duty desk, and every link can be traced to a person.
- One alarm, three levels notified Sensors, platform and duty desk are directly connected. No one has to relay the alarm.
- Workflow first, then go live Rules, duty rosters and escalation are agreed during implementation, and the system follows them.
