No effort from residents
Radar monitors without contact. Nothing to wear, nothing to press. It also protects private spaces where cameras cannot go.
Contactless mmWave radar plus a companion wristband, already running at Zhengfang Heyuan and Zhengyuan Elderly Care Service Center.
Delivery Delivered on our standard elderly care SaaS platform, with in-house hardware selection and implementation training. Private deployment available.
Challenges
Staff are stretched and nights are long. Adding more people does not fix late detection.
A floor has dozens of rooms and a round takes a caregiver half an hour. Falls are often found too late.
The wristband comes off and the call button stays in a drawer. In an emergency no one can press it or be reached.
Heart rate and blood pressure are measured once a week, so trends stay hidden and abnormalities surface only when families raise them.
Exits are tracked in a logbook, so nobody is alerted at once when a resident is out and has not returned.
Key features
Radar detects, the platform assigns the work, and the caregiver app closes the loop.
Industries
Care homes and platform operators that provide residence, care and health management for seniors.
What’s delivered
Radars in the rooms, wristbands on the residents and a workflow at the nursing station, delivered in batches to match the size of the facility.
Fall radar, breathing radar and companion wristbands, plus SOS buttons, door sensors, gas and water leak sensors, are configured by room type, with one gateway per floor. Once delivered, the platform can read the status of every room and shared area.
Resident profiles, beds, care levels and vital signs data sit under one account system, with private deployment supported. Once delivered, the facility can create profiles, schedule shifts and produce health reports on its own.
The caregiver app handles order acceptance, execution and records. The family Mini Program shows vital signs, visits and alerts. Once delivered, every call is logged from trigger to closure.
Includes installation guidance, caregiver training and O&M handover. Once delivered, shift changes and staff changes do not break the alert chain.
The full solution

IoT gateway Advantages
Radar monitors without contact. Nothing to wear, nothing to press. It also protects private spaces where cameras cannot go.
Fall radar, breathing radar and wristband are all in-house and pre-integrated with the platform, so there is one less integration layer.
IoT, smart hardware, sensors and a visual dashboard give real-time monitoring and alarm handling. The mobile app shows health, care, billing and alerts at any time.
The industry SaaS works out of the box and implementation focuses on device locations and workflows. Zhengfang Heyuan and Zhengyuan Elderly Care Service Center already use it.
